Return and Exchange Policy


  1. All returns must be completed within 7 working days upon receiving the item.

  2. We will need your receipt, proof of purchase or order number in order to process the returns.

  3. Please contact us via the Facebook Messenger button at the bottom right corner on our website. Paraller team will be glad to attend to any of your enquiries.

  5. Returned items must be in original state (generally intact packaging without any damage). Items that do not fit in these criteria are strictly rejected.

  6. All return shipping cost and postage fee are borne by the customer.
    Shipping fee will be charged accordingly as follows:

    RM8 (West Malaysia) ; RM16 (East Malaysia)

  7. We will only accept returns that are originally defective or damaged. Other return applications will not be considered.

  8. Return requests for incorrectly ordered or accidentally ordered items will not be entertained. The customer is responsible for every order made by checking the order summary on the Shopping Cart page and Checkout page before proceeding with the payment.

  10. Depending on your current location, the time for your parcel to reach us may vary.

  11. If the shipping items are worth more than RM100, kindly consider a trackable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned items.
  12. Please check the items within 48 hours upon receiving them. If you notice any defects or incorrect amounts of the items, please contact us within 48 hours. Please do not forget to provide some pictures as proof. Any complaints beyond the allowed time period will not be entertained.
