- All returns must be sent back to our store within 7 working days.
- To complete your returns, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number.

- Items must be in its original condition (packaging is generally intact and undamaged). All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined.
- All return package shipping costs are bear by the customer (include return postage).

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider usinga trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Please open and check your parcel within 48 hours of receiving it. If you noticed any damaged or incorrect amount of purchase, do inform us within 48 hours with proof (picture). We will not entertain any enquiries after that.
